Solid tasting pretzels hot out of the oven. What more could you want? One bonus of this place is that you can get mustard "to-go" for free. Meaning, by the mustard they have complimentary little cups to put the mustard in, with lids. Silly, I know, but it is the little stuff that makes the difference in a business. The "other guys" charge, I think a quarter. Now, that is silly. It's mustard. Give it for free. This place also has coffee. Friendly enough service for the ten seconds you are in the store. Don't know what more there is to say. It's a pretzel place. You won't be disappointed.

Ordered the hot-dog-with-with-bacon pretzel. They had two in the warmer, they didn't exactly look fresh, but I was in a hurry so I went with it. Next time I think I'll ask how long it's been in the warmer, or will wait for a freshly-baked one. It was "just ok".

Worked here. I absolutely love the fact that they make actual fresh cheese. Best tasting pretzels in the county

Visited: Thursday - February 19, 2015 - 2PM I asked the sole attendant if I could purchase unsalted pretzels. She said that she could scrape the salt from the pre-made pretzels or make them fresh without the salt. I requested the freshly baked saltless version. She accepted my request and stated that it would take 8 minutes. I've ordered the freshly made salt free version from a competitor. Their process takes no less than 10 minutes. I was prepared for a 10 minute plus wait. While I waited, the employee picked up the phone handle and accepted an order for pretzels. She picked up the phone handle while wearing protective gloves. Hopefully, she replaced the protective gloves before returning to making pretzels. The pretzels were completed in just over 10 minutes. I eagerly grabbed a still-hot pretzel from the paper bag while sitting in my car. It was properly baked but lacked density. A sparse application of salt was evident on the underside. This was probably from the salt remaining on the assembly belt during normal pretzel production. I took the remaining pretzels home to freeze for later consumption. As I separated each pretzel, additional salt was discovered. Fortunately, not much salt remained making removal fairly easy. I doubt I'll return.

I'm not sure why people are crazy over the Pretzel Factory. Three separate times I've received burnt pretzels from them, and when I complained, they sent me a card for 3 free pretzels. Thanks, but I just keep getting burnt pretzels. Now I'll just be getting 3 free burnt pretzels? No thanks. While they maybe cheaper, they also charge you for a mini cup of mustard, and they don't offer american cheese. Obviously, the saying, "you get what you pay for", is seriously true. On to the best pretzels! Pretzel Boys of Drexel Hill are super friendly and accommodating. They have the best pretzels anywhere and offer american cheese sauce, which I could literally drink because it's so good! They make different shape pretzels for each of the holidays and have different promotions throughout the year. Last year I won a free full pretzel tray during the super bowl, and everyone was so excited when I showed up with them! While the one person commented that they ordered a tray and the pretzels only came in the brown bag and with a paper plate, that's not entirely true. While they put them in a brown bag, they give you a large black tray, with a separate container of mustard/cheese, and the pretzels. I personally loved the fact that the pretzels were "logs" rather than nuggets, this way you got more for your money. I liked that the pretzels weren't on the tray, because they I could set them up at the party, rather than have a big random tray to deal with in the car on the highway. Keep up the great work you guys!

Sorry Pretzel boys, your prices for trays are better but I prefer the taste of Philly Soft Pretzels. I ordered a nugget tray for my Fantasy Football Draft about an hour before which they were able to handle. Just dissapointed that when I asked for Cinnamon dip instead of mustard there was an additional $1.50 charge. Also they didn't even put the pretzels on a tray, they were in a brown paper bag and they handed me a paper plate. When I arrived at the party and opened the bag they were more like pretzel logs then nuggets. They were hard on the outside and ok in the middle. I guess I am used to a SOFT pretzel. In a pinch they did the trick but this customer has learned his lesson. Philly Soft Pretzel Factory all the way!

There are reviews of other locations: for a full account you should look at them. We don't do cheese such and such but we do like the sausages in pretzel casing. There are hot dogs too but we like the sausages with cheddar cheese. You can also get these with American, and if you just walk in, they'll have one of each, so you might want to phone them ahead. They are crunchy on the outside and the pretzel is chewy on the inside before you get to the delicious sausage. You can get two kinds of mustard to dip them into: the German is our favorite, and there is also a honey-mustard sauce that is more liquidy and, as I found out yesterday, dangerous to eat in the car unless you want to be covered in it.

I think Pretzel Boy's is the best around. The pretzels always are tasty and warm anytime I've bought them. The free mustard is a bonus. Shop at Pretzel Boy's and you won't be dissatisfied.
